Three things affect farmers everyday, technology, policy & faith.
Farm News Daily was created to provide farmers, ranchers, agricultural professionals, and the people who care about agriculture with news and information that matters. We cover ag tech, ag policy, faith and family.
From decisions being made in Washington to new technologies arriving in the field, agriculture is changing quickly. Farmers and ranchers are navigating new regulations, rising costs, labor challenges, changing markets, rapidly advancing technology, and increasing pressure from people and organizations far removed from the realities of producing food, fuel, and fiber.
Faith and family are at the root of the farm. With unpredictable weather and ever-rising inputs costs, maintaining the legacy and future of any farm requires a strong family unit and often a need to lean on their faith when times get tough.
We believe the people who live and work in agriculture deserve a strong voice in those conversations.
Why Farm News Daily Exists

Farm News Daily grew out of North American Ag, an agricultural media platform founded by Chrissy Wozniak to tell the stories of agriculture and connect the industry with the people, ideas, technologies, and policies shaping its future.
After years of interviewing farmers, agricultural leaders, policymakers, researchers, technology developers, equipment manufacturers, and advocates, one thing became increasingly clear: agriculture needs accessible, independent coverage that helps people understand not only what is happening, but why it matters.
That is what Farm News Daily is here to provide.
We follow the issues affecting farms and rural communities, explain agricultural policy and legislation, explore emerging technology, highlight innovation, and share the heart and perspective of people doing the work.
Ag Tech
Technology has always shaped agriculture.
Today’s advances in robotics, artificial intelligence, precision agriculture, crop protection, genetics, irrigation, automation, equipment, and data are creating new possibilities for farmers. But new technology has to do more than sound impressive. It has to work. We focus on the practical questions that matter to producers: Does it solve a real problem? Can it reduce inputs or labor? Can it improve productivity? Does it make farming more efficient? And most importantly, can it help the farm remain profitable?
Farm News Daily follows agricultural innovation from development to deployment and brings farmers into the conversation.
Ag Policy
What happens in Washington and state capitals eventually reaches the farm.
Farm bill, regulations, trade agreements, environmental policy, labor rules, conservation programs, taxes, water policy, and countless other government decisions can directly affect how farmers operate and whether their businesses remain profitable. We also believe farmers and agricultural professionals should know when important decisions are being made so they have an opportunity to participate in the process and make their own voices heard.
Farm News Daily works to make agricultural policy easier to follow and understand.
Faith and Family
For generations, agriculture has been built around families and faith.
Farms are businesses, but they are also homes, legacies, communities, and often something one generation hopes to pass to the next. Faith and family are intentionally part of Farm News Daily because they remain an important part of life throughout rural America and the agricultural community. We believe agriculture is ultimately about people: the families who take the risks, put in the hours, care for the land and animals, build businesses, serve their communities, and work to leave something meaningful for the next generation.
Those stories deserve a place here too.
Our Founder

Farm News Daily and North American Ag were founded by Chrissy Wozniak, an agricultural communications professional, media host, and advocate for agriculture. Through North American Ag, Chrissy hosts the North American Ag Spotlight podcast, featuring conversations with leaders from across agriculture, government, technology, finance, research, and advocacy.
Her work has provided a front-row seat to many of the forces changing agriculture and reinforced the need for media that connects policy, technology, business, and the realities farmers face every day.
Farm News Daily is an extension of that mission.
Our Commitment

We aren’t interested in telling farmers what they should think. We want to give them information worth thinking about.
That means asking questions, following developments that affect agriculture, highlighting useful innovation, explaining complicated policy, and providing a platform for the people whose lives and businesses depend on this industry.
Agriculture faces enormous challenges, but it also has extraordinary people working to solve them. Farm News Daily is here to tell those stories, follow the issues, and help ensure agriculture has a voice in the conversations shaping its future.
Ag tech. Ag policy. Faith and family. That’s Farm News Daily.
